Hawks Hill Ranch Estate showcases the best qualities of the Adelaida District. Spanning vineyard terrain elevations from 1300 feet to 2000 feet, each contributing to the complexity of Paso Robles wines crafted at Hawks Hill Ranch Winery.

The higher elevations, around 2000 feet, offer warmer temperatures and intense sunlight, which help develop rich, concentrated flavors in Hawks Hill Ranch Syrah and Grenache wines.

The lower elevations, between 1300 and 1500 feet, benefit from cooler temperatures and a longer growing season, preserving the acidity and balance of Paso Robles wines.

We are proud of the variety of soil types across Hawks Hill Ranch Estate, including calcareous clay, shale, and limestone. These soils provide excellent drainage and impart special mineral characteristics to American Viticultural Area-grown grapes.
